A news conference in Vienna, Austria, outside of OPEC headquarters, will be held on this coming Thursday, October 23, 2008 at which Freedom Watch Chaırman and Chıef Legal Counsel Larry Klayman will hold up what he called a "smoking gun" that ties OPEC to the financial crisis in the U.S. and in Europe.
